ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist focused on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), you will be based in either Spain or Portugal working remotely and play a key role in leading and executing ServiceNow implementations for these modules. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs, configure solutions and ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow IRM and TPRM functionalities. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contribute to risk management strategies and support ongoing improvements for our clients.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage ServiceNow IRM and TPRM implementation projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Develop and document comprehensive implementation plans
Configure ServiceNow IRM and TPRM modules to align with stakeholder requirements
Test and validate ServiceNow IRM and TPRM implementations to ensure quality and compliance
Train stakeholders on effective use of ServiceNow IRM and TPRM modules
Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders post-implementation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation
Hands-on experience with IRM and TPRM modules
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
