Key Responsibilities:

• Self-motivated professional with a strong track record on the ServiceNow platform, delivering medium to complex solutions.
• Lead development and customization of Service Portal, UI Builder, and Workspace experiences.
• Design and develop custom UI components (Now Experience Framework) for Agent Workspaces.
• Build responsive, user-centric interfaces using UI Builder, components, data resources, and client scripts.
• Translate business requirements into scalable portal and workspace solutions.
• Develop and maintain reusable custom components, widgets, and UI frameworks.
• Work on CSM and ITSM module implementations with focus on enhanced user experience.
• Perform instance upgrades and patching across multiple environments.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (client & server-side) and ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Service Portal (widgets, AngularJS, theming)
• UI Builder & Now Experience Framework
• Custom component development (Web Components / Now UI Framework)
• Expertise in ServiceNow APIs, Glide APIs, and platform capabilities.
• Strong experience in Integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub) (must-have).
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience with ATF, Flow Designer, and Virtual Agent integrations.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Stakeholder Management:

• Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into intuitive UI/UX solutions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working on MSP-based (multi-tenant) ServiceNow instances.
• Exposure to end-to-end UI/UX transformation initiatives on ServiceNow.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Desired:

• ITIL V3 / ITIL 4 Foundation
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM/ITSM preferred)

Key Differentiator (Must-Have):
