JOB SUMMARY:
Looking for 7+ Years of exp in Service Now- CSM tool (Customer service management) The role would be for configuring and setting up Service-now ITSM application and maintain and support the implementation. This person will work very closely with ITSM Process Architect, customer personnel, Business Analyst(s), IT Architect, IT support teams and other technical teams to ensure that business needs around implementation of ITSM processes and ServiceNow in a controlled and predictive manner.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understands technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNow
Understands the workflow engines
Creates workflow and web prototypes for client engagements
Designs, codes, and tests technical solutions for ServiceNow implementations
Uses Mid server, webservices, email and other relevant technology to integrate tools with ServiceNow.
Administer and troubleshoot the deployed instance of ServiceNow
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education in IT is preferred
The candidate should be trained in ITILv4 foundation certified
Service-now trained with prior experience in implementation/support of ServiceNow.
Should have 7+ years of experience managing ServiceNow
Experience with JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets
Should have prior experience in integrating tools in ServiceNow or other similar tools using MidServer, webservices, emails.
Will to work in a collaborative manner with clients and team, abiding to critical timelines and deliverables
