As a ServiceNow Developer at Pierce Technology Corp, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and modules. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and optimize existing processes within the ServiceNow platform. You will also be instrumental in ensuring the effective integration of ServiceNow with other systems and technologies.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules in alignment with business needs.
• Implement new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and propose solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Perform testing and debugging for ServiceNow applications to ensure reliability and functionality.
• Provide ongoing support and training for end-users and IT staff.
• Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations for future reference.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to develop and customize ServiceNow applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Asset Management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices, including update sets and application scope.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
