We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and deploy scalable solutions across enterprise ServiceNow environments. This role requires strong expertise in platform customization, application development, integrations, and workflow automation across core modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, Asset Management, and custom scoped applications.

The ideal candidate will be capable of translating business requirements into robust technical solutions that improve operational efficiency, automation, and overall platform performance.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom scoped applications, tables, modules, and UI components on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement server-side and client-side scripting including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Develop and manage workflows using Workflow Editor and Flow Designer.
• Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Asset Management, and CMDB.
• Configure Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and approval workflows.
• Build and manage integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
• Ensure platform security through proper ACL configuration, role-based access control, and governance best practices.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs using Performance Analytics.
• Manage deployments using update sets, source control, and Git-based versioning.
• Perform unit testing, regression testing, and support automated testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and deliver optimal solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–12+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong proficiency in Glide scripting (server-side and client-side).
• Experience with Flow Designer, workflow automation, and orchestration.
• Expertise in IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, and MID Server configuration.
• Experience working with ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, and Asset Management modules.
• Solid understanding of platform security, ACL configuration, and governance standards.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, Git, and release management processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and requirement analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Exposure to Performance Analytics and reporting frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
