We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple product lines. The role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams, translating business requirements into robust technical implementations while adhering to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and delivery timelines.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

• Participate in client discussions, project reviews, and management meetings to provide development updates.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for solution design and implementation.
• Implement project-specific development guidelines, ways of working, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices, secure coding standards, and platform governance.
• Drive internal testing, integration testing, UAT support, code reviews, and peer reviews with proper documentation.
• Deliver solutions within agreed timelines, quality standards, and delivery methodologies.
• Continuously upskill by leveraging organizational learning assets and assigned learning targets.
• Promote knowledge sharing and mentorship to strengthen ServiceNow capabilities within the team and COE.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Technical Responsibilities

Core ServiceNow Development

Configure, customize, develop, and maintain:

• Core Platform Components
• Forms, tables, business rules, UI policies, UI actions
• Client scripts, notifications, data policies, update sets

• User Experience & Interfaces
• Service Portal, list views, workspaces, and Now Mobile interfaces
• Instance branding and themes across devices using UI Builder

• Reporting & Analytics
• Dashboards, reports, data sources, and Performance Analytics

• Automation & Intelligence
• Workflows, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent conversations
• Predictive Intelligence reports and Now Assist features

• Integrations
• Custom integrations using REST / SOAP APIs
• Integration Hub and third-party system integrations

• Administration & Optimization
• Advanced instance administration, security hardening, and integration management
• Performance tuning of instances, queries, CMDB, and integration payloads

• Support & Troubleshooting
• Analyze and resolve application and data-related issues reported by users

• JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly scripting
• HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, ServiceNow UI Builder

• Core Platform Expertise:
• Business rules, UI policies, UI actions
• Client scripts, data policies, table design, platform configuration

• Development Tools:
• Flow Designer, Workflow Editor
• App Engine Studio, Virtual Agent Designer
• Integration Hub, Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• NOW Experience UI Builder

Supporting Knowledge & Awareness
