Job Description

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing and designing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, particularly in the areas of Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Security Operations (SecOps).

You will provide application development, maintenance, and technical support by adhering to ServiceNow platform best practices.

Main Tasks:

• Configure and code on the ServiceNow platform, including UI changes, workflows, reports, data imports, integrations, scripting, and custom application development.
• Develop service request process flows according to user requirements using Service Catalog, Workflow, Events, and Notifications.
• Create reusable utilities to maintain low-code environments.
• Develop Service Portal applications based on user requirements utilizing ServiceNow platform tools and modules.
• Automate processes, customize applications, and integrate (SOAP/REST) systems on the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and maintain system technical design and specifications documentation.
• Analyze and understand user requirements to enhance system capabilities, automate workflows, and address scheduling limitations during the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap.
• Perform system and integration testing by providing test data for developed scenarios.
• Provide support to analysts on technical feasibilities or data.

Technical Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficiency in ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, Performance Analytics, App-Engine for Scoped Applications, ITBM, and Service Portal technologies.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow GRC/IRM, SecOps, and BCM is preferred but not required.
