Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our client’s team in Singapore on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and CMDB.
• Configure and customize workflows, UI pages, business rules, and client scripts using ServiceNow platform tools.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system performance and stability.
• Provide Level 2 support for ServiceNow-related issues.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and system processes.
• Support knowledge transfer and ensure adherence to development best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Experience working with ServiceNow releases such as London, Paris, or Queensland.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience in REST and SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or equivalent certification.
• Prior experience working with ITIL processes.
