Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (Secret Clearance Required)

Location: Doral, FL Clearance: Active Secret Clearance or higher Required

Overview:We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This role will focus on architecting scalable platforms and driving best practices across CMDB, Discovery, SAM, and HAM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

•
Architect and design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technical requirements

•
Lead implementation and optimization of CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management (SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

•
Establish platform governance, data integrity standards, and CMDB health strategies

•
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

•
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators

•
Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security compliance

•
Support integrations with external systems and tools

Required Qualifications:

•
Active Secret Clearance

•
10+ years of overall IT experience, with strong ServiceNow architecture experience

•
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification

•
Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, SAM, and HAM

•
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, integrations, and best practices

•
Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations

Preferred Qualifications:

•
Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS, CAD)

•
Experience in federal or DoD environments

•
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
