Palco Power Systems, a subsidiary of Scott Electric Company, a Western PA distributor of Kohler Power Systems, is seeking a Service Writer at the Jeannette, PA location. (M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

Calling customers

Scheduling generator repairs

Scheduling generator routine maintenance

Handling billing issues

Requirements:

Computer Skills

Prior experience in scheduling and repair

Must be detailed-oriented

Must be able to multitask and be process-driven

Must have good communication skills

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Mechanical experience

Electrical knowledge

Must submit a background check and drug testing
