As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Service & Warranty Manager to take ownership of the final stage of our projects — ensuring every home is completed, polished, and delivered to the highest standard.
Position Overview
The Service & Warranty Manager plays a critical role in the final phase of our renovation projects, taking ownership after client possession to ensure all remaining items, deficiencies, and warranty work are completed professionally and efficiently.
This role requires a unique blend of hands-on capability and polished customer service. You will be responsible for completing service tasks, coordinating trades when required, and working directly with homeowners to ensure their home is fully complete and their experience remains exceptional.
Organization, accountability, and pride in workmanship are essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Take full ownership of projects following client possession through to final completion
• Complete minor deficiency and service work (carpentry, adjustments, touch-ups, hardware, etc.)
• Coordinate and schedule trades for outstanding warranty or service items
• Maintain and track deficiency and warranty lists to ensure timely completion
• Communicate directly with homeowners in a professional, calm, and solutions-focused manner
• Ensure all work is completed to Ultimate Renovations standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and respectful job sites while working in occupied homes
• Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to improve quality and processes
• Document completed work and maintain accurate service records
• Protect and enhance the client experience during the final stage of the project
Qualifications
• Strong hands-on renovation / finishing skills (carpentry and general deficiencies)
• Experience in residential construction, service, or warranty work preferred
• Professional, clean, and polished demeanor — comfortable working in client homes
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and service requests simultaneously
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with pride in delivering a finished product
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
