Service Technician

Job Overview:

Nelson Tractor Company is a leading dealer in agriculture and construction equipment, and we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Service Technician to join our Service Department. This is a full-time position working with a wide variety of equipment, like Kubota, in a fast-paced, supportive shop environment.

What You'll Do:

Service and repair tractors, mowers, and construction equipment

Diagnose mechanical issues and help prepare estimates for repairs

Work closely with Service Advisors to make sure we’re meeting customer needs

Stay current with ongoing training and best practices

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop atmosphere

Ensure every job is done right and the customer leaves satisfied

What We’re Looking For:

Solid experience in the repair and maintenance of ag and/or construction equipment

Ability to handle multiple tasks and use diagnostic/computer tools as needed

Strong attention to detail and a focus on doing quality work

A team player with a customer-first mindset

Owns the tools needed for the job
