Primary Responsibilities

The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with homeowners.

Technicians provide professional recommendations, perform preventative maintenance, and help ensure customers receive reliable comfort solutions.

Participation in our rotating on-call schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years HVAC industry experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• NATE Certification is a plus
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate power and hand tools
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education
• Team-player mindset

Background check and drug screening required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions
• Ability to climb ladders and access attics, rooftops, and crawlspaces
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles

Schedule

Full-Time
8-hour or 10-hour shift options available

Extremely competitive on-call rotation
