Responsibilities / Tasks
• Prepare solution proposals and ensure that all proposal processes are completed on time.
• Support front-line sales with follow-up and customer communication when necessary. Occasional site survey / site work is expected
• Manage the service project offer management process, from defining the scope to technical detailing, proposal preparation, costing, and solution pricing.
• Raise 2nd-level technical support tickets when required
• Support the Service Sales team to achieve sales growth and expand market reach and coverage of the existing installed base.
• Handle technical and commercial clarifications as well as customer negotiation meetings during the tender and pre-contract stages.
• Demonstrate maturity with strong networking skills.
• Drive optimal team performance through excellent communication and by fostering synergies among all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE regulations.
Your Profile / Qualifications
• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or other engineering disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience.
• Experience in costing and proposal preparation is preferred.
• Extensive experience in industries involving core technologies and process applications, such as Dairy, Food, Beverage, or Chemical industries, is preferred.
• Able to review P&ID and understand site installations needs is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
• Well-organized, responsible, and strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in English.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, sense of ownership and accountability.
• Able to communicate and interact professionally with both internal and external clients.
• Organized, analytical, and able to remove obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
• Comfortable in a dynamic technical environment with a fast-paced daily routine.
• Previous experience as a team leader is a plus.
• Able to work independently with remote teams, with minimum supervision
