Job Description
As a Service Specialist (Washroom) at Rentokil Initial, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall maintenance of washroom facilities at client locations. Your role will involve:
• Conducting regular inspections of washroom areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
• Restocking and maintaining supplies such as soaps, sanitizers, and toilet paper.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any washroom-related concerns promptly.
• Managing waste disposal and ensuring sanitary bins are regularly emptied and cleaned.
• Documenting service activities and reporting any issues to the Service Supervisor.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Minimum of “N” levels or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to hygiene and cleanliness.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on-site at various client locations.
