The Role
We’re looking for a Service Scheduler to join our team on a temporary contract until February 2027. This role sits at the heart of our service operations, ensuring technicians are efficiently scheduled and customers receive timely, professional support.
You’ll work within a centralised scheduling team, managing service bookings, coordinating field technicians, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage service bookings to optimise efficiency and customer satisfaction
Schedule field service technicians and manage job allocations
Handle incoming service requests via phone and shared inbox
Communicate job updates and schedules to customers and internal teams
Maintain accurate records in D365 and scheduling systems
Support inventory planning for technician vehicles
Complete service transactions and invoicing activities
What You’ll Bring
Must Have:
Experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support roles
Strong customer service skills with excellent communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Confident using systems such as Outlook, Excel, and scheduling tools
Nice to Have:
Experience with D365 Field Service or similar systems
Exposure to service-based or technical industries (e.g. manufacturing, equipment, logistics)
Geographic knowledge of service regions
