Ben jij commercieel, analytisch en heb je een passie voor klantcontact en service? Dan is deze rol als Service Sales Specialist op de afdeling Benelux bij GEA Food Solutions in Bakel iets voor jou!

Responsibilities / Tasks

In deze spilfunctie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten als het gaat om serviceverlening aan GEA-apparatuur en -installaties. Je schakelt dagelijks met klanten, Service Account Managers, Field Service Engineers en interne afdelingen.

Jouw taken:

• Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes voor service en onderdelen

• Verwerken van orders en retourzendingen in het systeem

• Proactief benaderen van klanten via service sales campagnes

• Ondersteunen van Service Account Managers bij commerciële trajecten

• Analyseren van onderdelenverbruik en bijdragen aan onderhoudsstandaarden

• Vastleggen van klantdata in het CRM-systeem

• Meedenken over en implementeren van procesverbeteringen binnen de afdeling

Your Profile / Qualifications

• HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting commerciële economie of technische bedrijfskunde

• Affiniteit met techniek

• Ervaring met klantcontact en commerciële processen
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

• Kennis van systemen zoals ERP, excel, visio en CRM

• Teamspeler met een klantgerichte en analytische instelling
