Service Roofing Foreman

We are seeking experienced Service Roofer Foremen to join our branch in St. John's, Newfoundland! As a Service Roofer Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising the crew and to ensure productivity on inspecting, repairing, and maintaining roofs on industrial, institutional and commercial buildings.

Compensation:
• $38-$40/hour (pay determined according to experience level)
• Plus a $2500 sign-on bonus after 6 months of employment
• Overtime pay during holidays at a rate of 1.5x
• 6% vacation pay and 4% statutory pay on hours worked

Daily responsibilities:
•Drive company vehicle to the job site that requires the team to perform emergency roof repairs
•Completing repairs, inspections, and leak detection on industrial, institutional and commercial buildings
•Manage administration activities, including timekeeping, material and equipment use and safety reporting
