• Work closely with the accounting, delivery and sales teams to streamline processes and facilitate effective communication
• Identify and resolve challenges and issues within the service revenue operations;
• Use data and analytics to measure and forecast revenue data, including tracking key metrics;
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the revenue operations process;
• Assist with SOX audit-related tasks;
• Other ad hoc service revenue operation related tasks;
Requirements
• At least 1 years of work experience in service revenue operations or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to discover and fix potential risks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to frequently adjust priorities and help the team out wherever needed.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the service operation process and the company’s target audience and goals.
• High attention to details.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel.
• Experience with software industry is a plus.
Educationally, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is typically required. Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar field is highly beneficial.
