What you will do:

• Help deliver workforce and resource planning activities across ITSM service portfolios.
• Ensure data accuracy, updates, and alignment with operational demand.
• Enable decision-making through structured reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain resource schedules and workforce data across planning systems.
• Track planned hours, FTEs, and capacity against demand forecasts.
• Create reports and insight to help decision-making in ITSM operational reviews
• Support process improvement projects across resource and workforce planning.
• Engage service leads to ensure alignment of plans with strategic goals.

What you will bring:

• 3+ years of prior experience in administrative support within resource management and business operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of PowerBI.
• Effective communication in multicultural environments.
• High level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
