Vixxo is seeking a Service Provider Analytics Intern to join our Summer 2026 Internship Program at our Dallas, TX office.

Position Overview

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on a strategic initiative within Vixxo’s Customer Stickiness pillar, focused on enhancing Service Provider performance and operational excellence.

The intern will lead a defined, high-impact project aligned with the company’s Salesforce and Gong implementations, helping shape how performance is measured and sustained across the organization. This role combines strategy, analytics, systems thinking, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a standardized KPI scorecard and reporting framework to measure performance and adoption following Salesforce and Gong implementation.

• Define clear KPI metrics, data definitions, and measurement logic to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Build scalable reporting tools that drive visibility into Service Provider performance.

• Serve as the architect for metrics structure and sustainability, incorporating AI-enabled tools to support automation and long-term optimization.

• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, and Leadership teams to align performance reporting with strategic objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in performance measurement and operational strategy.

• Experience or coursework involving data analysis, dashboards, KPIs, or reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.).

• Curiosity about AI and automation in business processes.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
