The Role
We’re looking for a Service Processor to join our Technical Service Delivery team for 12 months. This is a newly created role designed to support the growing service function by ensuring work orders, customer communication, and transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
You’ll play a key role behind the scenes helping reduce backlogs, improve turnaround times, and ensure customers receive timely and professional service.
This role could be part time for the right candidate (30 hours per week, Monday - Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
Process field service and workshop transactions accurately
Manage and update work orders within D365
Contact customers to obtain Purchase Orders and required information
Handle incoming communication via phone and shared inbox
Support the service team by updating job details, changes, and priorities
Assist with quoting, reporting, and invoicing activities
Maintain accurate records to support billing and reporting
What You’ll Bring
Must Have:
Experience in an administrative, office support, or customer service role (at least 1 year)
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and quality
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
Confidence using systems such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
Nice to Have:
Experience in a service-based or technical environment
Exposure to D365 or similar service management systems
