Your mission:

We have an exciting new role for you to consider: our next Service Operations Specialist supporting our European Service Center in Oberschleißheim, Munich. This position is part-time for 38 hours per week.

• Process and accurately submit European service‑related invoices (project services; repairs; hotline; logistics; warehousing; customs; warranty) into the financial system.
• Coordinate chargeable repair cases; prepare repair quotations; and ensure smooth communication between the repair center and our customers.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for service‑related inquiries within Europe, ensuring transparency and high service quality.
• Support internal service workflow improvements and contribute to efficient operational processes.
• Collaborate closely with service, logistics, and finance teams across Europe to ensure seamless case handling.
• Provide clear documentation and reporting to support service operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in service operations, finance or administrative support.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage several tasks independently.
• Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Python skills are an advantage; experience with Selenium automation is a strong plus.
• English C1; German is a plus; additional European languages are always welcome.
• A collaborative mindset and a solution‑oriented approach to daily tasks.
