Service Operation Intern - Germany

Your mission:
Hallo und herzlich willkommen bei Sungrow! We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Service Department as a Service Operation Intern in Munich. Curious about what this role entails? Let’s dive in: Support administrative operations at our Service Center, including document handling and scheduling. Assist with workflow and process entries in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Handle training-related billing processes, including invoice preparation and tracking. Organize and maintain training contracts with proper documentation and version control. Provide general operational support to empower our engineers and clients. Contribute to the smooth operation of our Technical Training System.

Your profile:

To make sure you feel happy and successful in this position, it would be fantastic if you bring the following background: Currently studying in engineering, business administration, management, or related fields. Good understanding of administrative workflows and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and coordination skills across teams. German and English at B2 level or above. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
