Requirements:
• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within ServiceNow for assigned modules (SRE/SPM/HAM/SAM).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules based on best practices.
• Support integration of ServiceNow with other ITSM and ITOM tools.
• Perform system administration, upgrades, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for ITSM processes.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience (4+ years) in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
• Hands-on experience in any one or more of the following modules:
• SRE (Site Reliability Engineering)
• SPM (Service Portfolio Management)
• HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
• SAM (Software Asset Management)

• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Jelly), REST/SOAP integrations, workflows, and UI policies.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and IT asset management concepts.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrade and patching processes.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
