Role: Service Now Implementation Specialist
Job Description
• SME in Service Now in addition to having 4+ years of experience in IT Service Management systems & tools
• Proven success working in Enterprise level ITSM projects
• Service Now Application Developer Certification
• Knowledge of IT Help Desk processes and Incident, problem, and change workflows is necessary.
• Experience with Service Now system administration, application design, source code management, JavaScript and the Service Now APIs, web services, and UI design.
• Design and implement a user interface taking into consideration usability, form design, platform (desktop, tablet and/or smartphone), and enhancing the user experience with scripts.
• Write, test, and debug client side and server side scripts.
• Implement security for an application using both contextual security and application scope.
• Bachelor's degree required
Desirable:
• Building effective relationship with IT vendors and negotiation skills
• At least six months hands on experience developing applications in Service Now.
• ITIL foundation certification preferred
• Experience of technical process analysis
• Previous IT Service Management experience in large enterprise IT environments
