Job Description

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Aufbau und Technische Unterstützung der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Zustandsüberwachung-/ Condition Monitoring (CM)- Systemen.

• Technische Unterstützung beim Vertrieb und der Auftragsabwicklung von CM-Systemen.

• Initiierung von und technische Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von CM-Trainingsinhalten.

• Eigenständige Vorbereitung, Durchführung von oder Unterstützung der lokalen Serviceorganisationen bei CM System Installationen.

• Eigenständige Zustandsüberwachung, Unterweisung und Unterstützung CM-Verantwortlicher bei der Zustandsüberwachung von Equipment vor Ort oder als Fernunterstützung.

• Analyse der Prozess-/Equipment-Daten und Service-Berichte insbesondere im Hinblick auf Automationsprobleme und deren Ursachen.

• Erstellung von Berichten mit detaillierter Beschreibung von Equipment-Zustand, Optimierungsmöglichkeiten, aber auch Problemstellungen, Ursachen, möglicher Problembehebungen, durchgeführter Maßnahmen und Anpassungen.

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen im Problembehebungsprozess eingebundenen Abteilungen, insbesondere jedoch intensive Zusammenarbeit mit und Vertretung der CM Vibrations-Experten.

• Analyse, Auswertung und Optimierung der Equipment-Verfügbarkeit mit entsprechender Berichterstattung.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau, Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik (Lehre, HTL, Studium o.ä.)

• Fundierte Erfahrung in den Bereichen Mechanik, Automatisierungstechnik, Netzwerktechnik

• Wünschenswert: Programmierkenntnisse in Siemens TIA, Simatic Step 7 und WinCC flexible

• Erfahrung im Kundenservice und der Störungsbehebung

• Fachwissen in Elektro- und Steuerungstechnik

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch- und weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

• Sie bezeichnen sich zurecht als teamfähig und verfügen über ein serviceorientiertes, bereichsübergreifendes Denken

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
