Ron Hoover Companies, with locations across the state of Texas and Oklahoma, is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Parts and Service Manager to add to its growing service team in Tulsa, OK!
Responsibilities:
Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all parts and service team members
Manage the day-to-day operations of the parts and service department
Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, vendors and manufacturers to encourage repeat business
Effectively manage the workload and schedules of all parts and service team members
Manage the activities of all technicians to ensure efficiency and productivity levels are top notch
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly production records
Forecast goals and objectives for the department and ensure the goals are met or exceeded
Oversee the cleanliness, maintenance and safety of the facility
Stay updated on industry changes and trends as it relates to the RV & Marine industry
Other duties as apparent or assigned
