Professional Experience
• Experience in the funcion of management and service delivery
• Experience with ITIL Build practices in the field of service delivery (Incident Management, Changes, Problems, Service Levels)
• Experience detecting deviations in service provision and creating proposals for mitigation and improvement actions.
Education
• University Degree (Required)
• Post Graduate (Preferred)
Languages
• Spanish and English written and spoken in technical settings (Required)
Hard Skills
• Basic Knowledge of Cloud Environments
• Experience in similar projects performing the functions of management and monitoring of the service
• Familiarity of ServiceNow
Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
• Proven experience working in international and multicultural settings.
• Collaborative and Proactive attitude
