What you will do:
Support the Service Management Center in analyzing incidents, requests, problems, and changes.
Configure and maintain dashboards to ensure accurate KPIs, trend visibility, and clear data narratives.
Track incident and request lifecycles, focusing on aging, SLA compliance, and workload distribution.
Conduct trend analysis to identify anomalies, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Design and maintain data models and datasets for service reporting.
Assist in creating monthly and quarterly performance reports for stakeholders.
Apply basic AI techniques for automation, pattern detection, and summarization within service management.
Document processes, analytics methods, and dashboard logic according to standards.
What you bring & who you are:
University degree in business administration, business informatics, or relevant professional education.
Foundational knowledge of Service Management frameworks (ITIL preferred but not required).
Basic understanding of dashboard creation principles, including filters, drill-downs, and KPI alignment.
Working knowledge of service data structures such as tickets, fields, SLAs, and lifecycle states.
Introductory analytical skills for data exploration, pattern detection, and trend interpretation.
Initial exposure to AI concepts relevant to service management (e.g., classification models, text analytics).
Structured and reliable approach to tasks, with strong documentation skills.
Fluent in English, our business language.
