We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Service - Key Accounts & Telecom in our Mumbai, India office. This position plays a crucial role in managing and growing our key accounts within the telecommunications sector, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts in the telecommunications industry
• Create and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of customer issues
• Conduct regular account reviews and present performance reports to senior management
• Negotiate complex contracts and service level agreements
• Stay up-to-date with telecommunications industry trends and technologies
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues and concerns
• BE/Diploma or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in key account management or similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications industry trends, technologies, and challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
• Advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Certifications in account management or telecommunications are preferred
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
