Responsibilities / Tasks
For our Center of Excellence for Olive Oil located in Úbeda (Spain), we are currently looking for a Service Execution Team Leader.
Main duties:
• Coordinate all the service execution requests at Spain and Portugal coming from external and internal customer’s (project managers, sales team, technical support and service administrative).
• Assign resources, organize service documentation, follow up works and keep communication with customer (internal or external) until works are finished.
• Accountable for the job performance and development of Field Service Engineers, by monitoring their works and improving their hard skills and soft skills by coaching and organizing training needs.
• Cares and manage proactively the needs of Field Service Engineers to ensure that works are done under safe and healthy conditions.
• Responsible for control and optimize the Field Service Utilization times
• Prepares service quotations and follow up the invoicing related with service execution works.
Your Profile / Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Organization, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, etc.)
• At least 3 years leadership experience with large Service Execution teams within a Service organization
• Work experience with typical daily tasks that requires the coordination of service execution activities (resources assignment, cancellations, travels, access documentation, etc.)
• Positively valued to get technical experience within commissioning and troubleshooting of centrifuges or similar equipment
• Spanish (native) & English (Advanced)
• Strong leadership and accountability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
