Your mission:
Ciao a tutti! Welcome to our Service team in Italy. As our Service Engineer Intern, you’ll support real ESS and PV projects end-to-end and learn fast alongside experienced colleagues. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:
• Support remote technical troubleshooting for field engineers and partners to help resolve real project issues.
• Assist with commissioning activities and workshop testing to build hands-on understanding of systems and equipment.
• Help manage and follow up support tickets to learn structured issue tracking and resolution.
• Contribute to technical issue analysis and rework cases to support continuous improvement of products and processes.
• Create and improve technical documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
• Support site readiness through HSE and site documentation preparation in line with internal requirements.
Your profile:

• Ongoing studies in Engineering or a technical field (industrial, electrical, electronics, communications, or similar).
• English at B2 level or higher (tested during the interview process).
• Interest in electrical equipment and renewable energy technologies (PV and energy storage).
• Structured and organized working style with strong attention to detail.
• Strong learning mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced team.
• Collaborative attitude and clear communication style in an international environment.
