Syntegon Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. located in Bangkok is the regional Service-HUB, approximately 50 colleagues (Sales, Technical Support and Field Service) are devoted to supporting our customers in SEA, South Korea, Pakistan and Australia / New Zealand.

We are expanding our Engineering team in Asia Pacific. The growing business and additional responsibilities require an extended team of motivated and experienced internal sales colleagues. In this role, you will interact daily with colleagues from various countries.

• Supporting commissioning and installations and SATs of new machines, on customers’ sites and – where necessary – during the finalization and FAT at our CoCs. Updating and completing of site documentation.
• Perform general field service activities on site including preventative maintenance, calibrations and overhauls, fault finding machine inspections and spare parts listing.
• Giving the customers, ASM and ASA technical advice on site or via telecommunication; clarify problems and solutions with CoCs where necessary.
• Recommend actively necessary technical improvements (overhauls, modernizations, modifications) and spare-parts replacements.
• Do all related and corresponding reporting and filings to these activities. Explain service-job before start to customer and after completion. Create a list and follow-up on open-points.

• Bachelor's degree in mechatronic or related field.
• Work direct experience of field service with food packaging machine (approx.. 3 - 5 years) 

• Good verbal and written English skills.

• Good Bahasa Indonesia spoken and written language.
• Ability to make updates to Rockwell / Siemens PLC programs and HMI. 

• Willingness to travel up to 80% in the Asia / Pacific Region.
