• Ensure that all activities are being implementing in Service Organization (Plant & Field) is compatible with Bosch Rexroth HSE, quality and work standards, local laws, CD directives and or any other plant directives and rules.
• Take and manage all necessary H&S precautions all around the Facility including infrastructure and machinery especially about Electrical Safety as RG-ES of DCEE-TR
• Organizing indoor repair and field service activities of Bosch Rexroth mainly for "Electric Drives and Controls", "Tightening Technology" product groups,
• Processing warranty requests,
• Making/updating maintenance and service agreements,
• Defining / implementing and keeping up-to-date service processes,
• Commissioning and start-up support to customers,
• Troubleshooting on the related systems and products,
• Stock management and planning,
• Follow up Global Bosch Rexroth Service Organization's implementations and demands,
• Cooperate and assist service contract preparation process,
• Frequent CRM usage and reporting,
• Tracking the technical updates in coordination with lead organization.

• Bachelor degree in preferably Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering,

• Presentation and communication skills (KPI reporting, etc) and effective communication with stakeholders,

• Technical competence (in service related product groups),

• Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point),

• Sales techniques knowledge and skills,

• Results oriented, having customer focus,

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
