Our technicians are the best in the business, and now we’re looking for another income motivated, customer-focused Residential Electrician (01 or 02) to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues with expertise and efficiency
Provide customers with clear, customized options to meet their needs and budgets

Build strong relationships with homeowners through trust, education, and professionalism
Ensure top-quality work—we get it done right, every time
Communicate with dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and job execution
Deliver 5-star service—every customer, every time

What You’ll Get:
Earning Potential: Pay range of $72,000 - $150,000. This is a full commission role - our top techs earn up to $150,000+ OTE!

Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of Residential Service/Sales Experience – including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades
Valid EL01/EL02 license with WA L&I
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and operate efficiently and safely
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
Expert-level knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and tool
Must live within 30 miles of Tacoma for efficient dispatching
