As a Service Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our mission, executing dynamic business and marketing strategies across a diverse territory. You will actively engage with referring professionals and facilities to collect critical information and conduct comprehensive pre-admission screenings for potential patients. By serving as a vital liaison between referral sources and the hospital, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our intake department makes informed, data-driven decisions regarding admission eligibility.

In this influential position, you will empower patients and their families by delivering valuable insights into care options that align with their needs. You will effectively communicate the outcomes of the pre-screening process, offering tailored recommendations to patients, families, and referral sources while adhering to company policies. Your efforts will not only provide immediate support but also significantly contribute to the ongoing development of vital community services.

Furthermore, you will champion mental health awareness and prevention, forging strong relationships with community resources and networks to create a seamless continuum of care. By nurturing these collaborative partnerships, you will enhance the quality of life for all mental health patients referred to our organization, making a lasting difference in their journey toward wellness.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Education:  Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing preferred, or Business Development Experience with a focus on healthcare.

License: N/A

Experience  A minimum of  two (2) years of experience in Sales or Development in the healthcare and/or medical  industry is required

Proven experience in marketing/sales/customer service and or a clinical educator.

Accustom to using mobile tools and applications

Acquired ability to observe goals as minimum standards and always strives to exceed minimum standards

Proficient knowledge of tablets and smart phones
