Are you ready to discover the role of a Service Desk Operator in Netcompany?
As a Service Desk Operator, you will:
• Receive calls and emails, first-line customer liaison
• Record incidents and requests in the Service Management Tool
• Log all relevant incidents/service request details allocating categorization and prioritazation codes
• Make an initial assessment and diagnose of incidents and service requests, resolve them by following the documented procedures
• Escalate unresolved incidents or services requests, fulfill for other support agents in the same support group or to different support groups
What would make you a fit for the role:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in similar roles
• Experience with MS Office
• ITIL V4 Certification
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French (B2+)
