Service Delivery Manager at Blue Wireless
Based in Spain, the Service Delivery Manager will be the ‘air traffic controller’ ensuring the successful delivery of services across Europe, managing the end-to-end process from order intake to order completion. The role will demand a self-starter, well-organised, proactive colleague, able to keep an overview, while being able to zoom-in on specific orders to ensure these are delivered up to Blue Wireless standards. You will keep an open dialogue with our sales teams, customers, and our engineering teams on-site (both internal and our partners).

So what will be on your plate? (key responsibilities):

• Manage the end-to-end process for customer orders and projects, from order intake through to completion and invoicing.

• Serve as a key point of contact, interacting with sales teams and customers to verify orders, confirm solutions, and ensure accurate execution.

• Coordinates with internal teams and external partners to plan installations, manage timelines, and ensure service delivery meets agreed service levels.

• Manages relationships with field engineers and alliance partners across different regions, ensuring work is delivered according to agreed standards, timelines, and specifications.

• Maintain up-to-date systems and dashboards to track order status, flag issues, and ensure full visibility across teams.

• Lead and project manage larger customer deployments, including planning sessions, status reporting, and issue resolution.

• Validate the accuracy of operations documentation to ensure smooth processes.

• Continuously review and improve internal processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.

• Perform other related duties as assigned to support seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Have a positive, problem-solving attitude

• Have great organization skills, accurate when processing and giving information

• Service delivery experience is desired

• Have a Bachelor's Degree

• Have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Other European languages are an advantage

• Have 1 year of experience in a professional business environment

• Have a passion for (maritime) networking technology is huge advantage
