• Candidate must have the ability to lead, drive and manage the inside operations with the organization to continuously provide dedicated support and resource to drive efficiency and customer focused results.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a team of people.
• Good organizing, planning and coordinating skills,
• Ability to maintain information in an efficient manner.
• Good knowledge of contract negotiation/supplier management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Sound knowledge of performance management
• Candidates must possess a minimum of first degree in relevant discipline with a minimum of second class upper division/upper credit.
• Must have at least 10 years Cognate experience in support Environment with Customer Engineer Experience.
• Experience in Service management and Support
• Must have managed at least 5 support engineers
• Must be ITIL Certified
