Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager (Data Management) for one of our partners, a global leader in the IT Services and IT Consulting.
Job Summary:
The Country Delivery Manager acts as the primary point of contact for delivery-related matters within a country, however, the delivery specialist within the customer level. They align the organization's delivery objectives with client expectations, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. They also play a critical role in resource management, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
Responsibilities:
Project Delivery
Oversee the delivery of projects alignment with organizational goals & client expectations.
• Ensure timely and within-budget completion.
• Resolve delivery-related issues, bottlenecks, and conflicts.
• Allocate and optimize resources (human, financial, and material) to meet project demands
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to long-term partnerships.
• Understand client needs and ensure the delivery team addresses them effectively.
• Resolve delivery-related issues, bottlenecks, and conflicts.
• Address escalations and resolve complex issues promptly to minimize project impact.
Financial Oversight
• Manage budgets related to delivery activities within the country.
• Ensure financial targets are achieved or exceeded.
• Provide regular financial reporting and forecasts to senior management.
Strategic Planning
• Contribute to the organizations strategic plans for the country by providing recommendations.
• Support business development initiatives.
• Communicate delivery progress, updates, and challenges to stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field (Masters degree or PMP/CDMP certification is an advantage).
• 8+ years of experience managing data management and data integration projects, including data quality, data governance, ETL, and data warehousing initiatives.
• Proven experience leading delivery teams in the banking sector, with additional exposure to public sector and telecom projects.
• Strong background in client delivery management across consulting or IT services environments, supporting enterprise-level data transformation initiatives.
• Solid understanding of data management frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK and hands-on experience implementing related best practices.
Technical & Professional Skills
• Deep knowledge of data architecture, governance, and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency with tools such as Informatica, Power BI, SQL, AWS, Azure Data Services, and Snowflake.
• Strong command of project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Skilled in Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies tailored for data and analytics environments.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivery excellence.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of bridging technical and business discussions effectively.
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire diverse technical teams across regions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities.
• Skilled in resolving delivery challenges, managing escalations, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach, aligning delivery execution with business objectives.
• Collaborative and adaptable leadership style, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Additional Requirements
• Experience working within banking and financial data ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel across GCC countries to support project delivery in the banking, public sector, and telecom domains.
