Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Service Delivery – Client Service Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end IT delivery management of CCBA’s Transport Management System (TMS) Project across Release 1 and Release 2. This role operates under CCBA’s direction and governance and is responsible for managing day-to-day IT delivery across multiple TMS IT teams, ensuring alignment to agreed plans, milestones, and governance checkpoints. The position plays a critical role in implementing IT governance and PMO procedures, managing risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and changes, and coordinating testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support activities while ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and strong stakeholder alignment.
What you will do:
• Lead end-to-end IT delivery across CCBA TMS IT teams in alignment with agreed plans, milestones, and governance checkpoints.
• Implement IT governance and PMO procedures, ensuring structured reporting and effective project forums.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, changes, resourcing, and deliverables across planning, design, build, testing, go-live, and post-go-live phases.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, cutover readiness, and post go-live support activities.
• Align cross-team delivery and ensure readiness for cutover and Post Go Live Support (PGLS).
• Facilitate post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to contractual and financial commitments.
• Engage multiple teams and contribute to key delivery decisions across the project landscape.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on goals, expectations, and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement, innovation, and potential follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling.
• Mentor and guide team members to strengthen project management capabilities.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance delivery effectiveness and efficiency.
• 10+ years of experience in IT project delivery and service delivery leadership roles.
• Strong supervision experience with the ability to influence, advise, and guide team decisions.
• Expertise in Work Management, with strong proficiency in estimation, planning, and account delivery management.
• Advanced knowledge of business operation management and project governance frameworks.
• Solid experience with planning and scheduling, vendor management, budget and financial management, and project methodologies.
• Strong technical literacy and understanding of IT delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, time and priority management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management, conflict management, team building, and collaboration capabilities.
• Experience working in hybrid delivery environments across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively within structured governance while driving continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
