Job Description

Il Service Coordinator è responsabile di gestire le attività del dipartimento Service all’interno del

Worldwide Press Office garantendo un servizio efficiente e puntuale.

Attività principali del dipartimento Service:

- Ricevere, organizzare e gestire delle copie di sfilata e campionario commerciale

- Garantire l’efficienza dell’approvvigionamento e veicolazione capi per attività di product placement per media e  Vip in collaborazione con i gli account dei mercati e i responsabili dei Vip dressing.

- Gestire le spedizioni dei samples a livello global sia per media, che filiali estere e agenzie PR, priorizzando ogni richiesta in base alla strategia globale del/i Brand di competenza, gestendo le richieste dei campionari in ogni fase dello spostamento

- Organizzare e gestire l’allestimento magazzino al fine di garantire ordine ed efficienza

- Gestire l’allestimento ed il riassetto dello showroom di prodotto ( incluso ripristino capi: stiro e lavanderia) in modo che la coerenza di immagine dei brand sia sempre garantita

- Ricevere ed organizzare i press kit da parte dei dipartimenti Marketing & Comunicazione e veicolarli al PR network internazionale

- Organizzare ed inviare rassegna stampa, report e comunicazioni agli stakeholder

- Supportare le attività logistiche legate all’organizzazione di eventi istituzionali e non.

- Gestire allestimenti e logistica showroom per press day e open day all’interno dello showroom

Principali responsabilità della figura:

- Gestire operativamente le richieste di samples al fine di garantire l’efficientamento a livello internazionale

- Supervisionare e guidare il team di risorse a supporto di tutte le attività

- Garantire ordine ed efficienza degli spazi guardaroba e showroom

- Facilitare e supportare lo sviluppo del dipartimento sia in termini di risorse che di utilizzo di strumenti e applicativi

- Esperienza in ruolo simile nel settore moda di almeno 6 anni

- Sensibilità di prodotto

- Gestione delle priorità

- Gestione e sviluppo delle risorse

- Conoscenza strumenti di movimentazione (Fashion Gps)

- Inglese C1
