Job Description
This role (Service Co Ordinator) is to process day to day service calls in LN and to manage warranty claims in the region.
In addition to annual initiatives, the key accountabilities of this position are:
MAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
Process field service orders, service purchase orders, warranty claims, warranty returns, service requests using our current, multi-business system platforms.
2ND MAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
Assists customers with equipment and field service-related problems and offers economic solutions.
3RD MAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
Assists with warranty returns and resolution by creating Warranty Return Authorizations
4TH MAIN ACCOUNTABILITY
Works closely with L1/L2 Technical Support, QA, Sales, Logistics in cross-functional teams.
5TH MAIN ACCOUNTABILITY
Helps create and maintain role related workflows.
Maintains weekly, monthly, and annual habits as scheduled
Role Requirements
University Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Computer application Engineering or Science/Arts/Commerce Graduates with 3 to 5 years of experience ERP system for handling customer call ticket management.
Strong PC skills, especially Word, Excel are a must.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required
HVAC experience would be an asset
Strong, team-oriented leadership skills with presence and a bias for action.
Self-directed with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and a focus on results.
Ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situations
