Job Description

Welkom in de grootste (maar met de sfeer van de kleine garage om de hoek) werkplaats van Europa. Met 100 collega’s helpen we bij BAS World elke dag klanten letterlijk op weg. Wil jij hier als Service Coördinator Vans jouw steentje aan bijdragen? Lees dan snel verder.
Jouw werkdag? Die is zeer gevarieerd en daagt je uit. Iedere dag zoek je passende oplossingen voor hetgeen er op jouw pad komt. Jij houdt je onder andere bezig met de werkplaatsplanning, techniek, aansturen van jou team aan monteurs, Daarnaast bereidt jij werkorders voor in samenwerking met de monteur.

Het Team van BAS Vans werkplaats bestaat uit, +- 8 monteurs, 1 voorman en 2 service coördinatoren, dit hechte team zijn meer dan alleen collega’s en meerdere beschouwen zichzelf als vrienden!

Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die zelfstandig en pro actief zijn team aan monteurs zo efficiënt mogelijk aan de gang kan houden, zonder dat de (zeer goede) sfeer hierdoor achteruit zou gaan. Hierbij horen natuurlijk Communicatieve en Organisatorische eigenschappen bij.
