Service Center Membrane Technician

Job responsibilities:

● Thorough understanding and competence in the QC and trouble shooting and fixing

of RO and UF equipment.

● Thorough understanding and competence in the QC and trouble shooting and fixing

of ancillary equipment.

● Strive to prompt housekeeping and continuous improvement in the department.

● Shunt or arrange shunting of trailers if needed, in coordination with the site leader.

● Solve equipment or plant issues.

● Keep tracking of spare parts

● 100% completion of online training and participation in external training required.

● Ensuring adherence to Quality standards at all times through QC-processes,

preventative and reactive maintenance

● Assist in the development of plant modification and improvement work.

● Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all works.

● Maintain the integrity of work rules and processes.

● Occasionally travel to customer sites.

● High level involvement in one or more elements of the EHS Framework. Keep up and

improve EHS standards and culture within the facility. Management of EHS

compliance calendar tasks.

The technician can be required to perform additional tasks not mentioned above in line with the

business need.

Required qualifications:

● Computer literate (prefarable Google Tools)

● Experience in industrial electrical works

● Previously worked in industrial area, assembly or other operational role

● Proved record of EHS and Quality awareness

● Experience in the Water treatment industry is an advantage

● Fault finding in control systems and instruments (PLCs', SCADA, DCS etc)

● Passport to safety or equivalent to work on customer site

● Language : FR/ENG

Preferred qualifications:

● Experience working with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC software.

● Fork-lift driver

● Fire Marshall including Monthly Fire Inspection

● First Aider / Mental Health First Aider
