Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate service appointments for our Subaru clientele, ensuring optimal scheduling and resource allocation.

Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with clients to confirm appointments, reschedule as needed, and address any changes or special requests.

Confirmation: Verify appointment details and communicate with clients to ensure they are well-informed and prepared for their service visit.

Glitch Recovery: Handle any scheduling issues or glitches with a keen eye for detail, implementing swift solutions to minimize disruptions and maintain client satisfaction.

Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role, preferably in an automotive retail environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications.

Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling unexpected issues.
