Job Description

Talent Strategies is looking for two Managers for our client in Orange County. This client provides services and product installation to residential customers. Their company was founded on one principle - to provide the best service by giving their clients more than they expect on every occasion.

The right candidates must be energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service and in building long-term relationships.

Service Manager:

• 5+ years experience managing a team of 10+ field service technicians
• 1+ years experience maintaining a fleet of vans
• Must have Service experience in any related field of Servicing homes; HVAC (preferred), or Carpet Cleaning, Extermination, Electrical, or Plumbing also considered.

Installation Manager:

• 3-5 years of previous installation supervisory experience
• 5 years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
• Ability to work with Inside Operations Manager and a team of 25 installers to ensure that all installations meet code requirements, are properly priced, and all paperwork is correct and on time.
