In this role, you’re the connection between our customers and the shop. You’ll build trust, communicate clearly, and ensure every service visit runs smoothly from start to finish.

When you succeed, customers keep coming back, the shop stays productive, and the entire team wins.

What you’ll be doing:

Welcoming customers and performing thorough vehicle walkarounds

Scheduling service, maintenance, and recall appointments efficiently

Communicating technical service needs in a customer-friendly way

Advising on required/recommended services with confidence and clarity

Updating customers throughout the process and managing expectations

Reviewing work orders, explaining results, and ensuring satisfaction

What we’re looking for:

Experience in automotive service advising is a plus, but not required

A proven background in fast-paced customer service or sales

Tech-savvy mindset—CRM, DMS, tablets, and digital tools are your jam

Sharp organizational skills with attention to detail under pressure

Positive energy and a drive to exceed customer expectations

Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License
