At FFUN Motorsports Winnipeg West, we are looking for a best breed of customer experience enthusiasts to join our service team, it’s time to be part of something truly special.  We are hiring for a permanent full-time Service Advisor who is the primary touchpoint and liaison between our guests and service technicians. 

Your positivity will shine when greeting guests.

Your excellent listening skills will help to understand guests reasons for bringing their unit in for servicing.

What you'll be doing:

Happily greet your guests and inspect their unit.

Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work.

Advise guests about necessary/suggested services and costs.

Follow the status of the guest's units from service bay entry through completion of work.

Ongoing guest communication - provide service updates, changes and/or recommendations. 

Upon completion of work, review work order with guest to assure complete satisfaction.

What we're looking for:

Experience as a Service Advisor in Recreation would be considered an asset.

Service writing experience.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Your love for providing exceptional customer service.

Enjoys a fast-paced environment, is hard working and brings a positive friendly attitude.

Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment.
